About Us
Jonathan Grant Gallery
Jonathan Grant Gallery specialises in 19th and 20th Century English, Continental and Antipodean paintings and historical New Zealand watercolours.
Jonathan Grant Gallery has been operating as a dealer gallery in Auckland, New Zealand since 1984. Jonathan Gooderham, director of the gallery, has dealt in traditional and classical paintings of the highest quality from the 18th through to the 21st Century. He assists collectors to select the finest quality art pieces, providing a scholarly background to each painting, advising on framing, hanging, insurance and all other aspects of collecting. The gallery has sold paintings to many public institutions such as London’s National Portrait gallery, The Auckland City Art Gallery, The Turnbull Library, The Dunedin Public Art Gallery, The Suter Gallery in Nelson and the Christchurch City Art Gallery.
