8 – 16 October 2016
Jonathan Grant Gallery is delighted to once again be taking part in Artweek Auckland.
This year we celebrate the Art of Food with an exhibition that includes paintings by New Zealand greats Marcus King & Francis McCracken.
Another highlight is the Storm & India Tea Van which will be parked up outside the gallery for one day only.
Come celebrate Artweek Auckland with us at Jonathan Grant Galleries.
The Art of Food
The Art of Food is a celebration of the fine things in life. Art has long depicted sumptuous feasts and carefully arranged fruit bowls. Great chefs often look to art for inspiration and as reference.
Included in this exhibition are paintings by Marcus King, Peter O’Hagan, Edward Noott, Bruce Yardley, Zarahn Southon, Steve Harris & Francis McCracken.
Exhibition | 4 – 16 October
Storm & India – Tea Sisters
The ‘Tea Sisters’ will be selling their deliciously unique herbal teas from their beautifully remodelled Retro Rocket van, which will be parked up outside the Gallery, on Saturday 15 October.
Using premium, organic teas from around the world that are handpicked, handcrafted and deliciously artisanal, Storm and India hope to bring “peace, calm and joy into life.“
